Refund and Returns Policy
- Returns on stock items are accepted within 5 days of pick up or delivery for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
- Any shortage must be claimed within 5 days of pick up as we can go back and verify as products was loaded on camera.
- All returns are subject to a 15% inspection, re-boxing and re-stocking fee.
- All returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, with original packing slip included.
- For all authorized returns, the customer is responsible in full for shipping charges at their own expense.
- LTL (truck) shipments must be inspected and any damage noted on the BOL. If not noted on the BOL no claim may be filed.
- Any merchandise received damaged will not be credited.
- No returns on specialty items such as, but not limited to: mannequins, body forms, display cases, glass items, gondola shelving products
- No returns for custom orders or volume purchases.
